Duct Heaters
Air duct heaters are ideal solutions for a variety of applications, including space heating, primary heating, secondary heating auxiliary heating, reheating, or multizone and variable air volume heating. National heaters use proprietary software packages to specify coils and wiring configurations, sheet metal, element support racks, controls, options, and accessories. Our software allows immediate design changes when our customers request them.
Our electric air duct heaters are designed using the most suitable materials and element types for our customer’s requirements. Our experienced design engineers can recommend the most suitable type of element layout. Using standard round Incoloy, stainless steel elements, finned elements, or open spiral elements depending on the output required. The heaters must be staggered at the correct angles to the direction of the airflow which generates turbulent flow and maximizes the heat transfer.
Our electric air duct heaters are also suitable for housings and suit any temperature whether you require a square, round, tall, long, or rectangle heater, Elmatic will build it for you.
